Are requests unlimited?

Yes, they are! Once you are our subscriber, you can add as many requests in your queue as you like. Your tasks will then be delivered one after another.

What services are availabe on the design and development plans?

Any strategy, brand, messaging, design, or dev service offerd in our flat rate Suite service offering is available to you in our unlimited plan. Whether it's a competitive analysis and user flows or a entire website redevelopment with custom API's we've got it. That means all the strategy, brand, design, and development items that you need done will get done.

How many tasks can you work on at one time?

We can work on 3-4 tasks at one time depending on complexity. For example: 1 landing page, 1 logo, 1 multi-step form, and 1 email template.

How does turn around time work?

Our team only takes 24 hours to start working on your request after submission, and the completion time depends on task complexity (we have a time chart we can review on our call).

What if I'm still unhappy with the work at the end?

We work our absolute hardest to make sure this never happens. However, if you're unhappy...no worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied or happily refund you.

How many months do I need?

We determine the duration case-by-case. For some clients, 1 month is enough to deliver everything they need, others might need a few months more. But many clients, especially larger startups or Enterprise businesses that are digital-first decide to keep us indefinitely.
