Achieve Test Prep approached SVZ seeking a complete design overhaul for their website. They wanted a modern, user-friendly design that reflected the professionalism of their service. Additionally, they sought a CMS that would empower their in-house teams to maintain and update the site efficiently, eliminating the need for outsourcing and ensuring its relevance over time.

Getting to know Achieve

The mission of the Achieve Test Prep team is to guide busy adults towards college success. They aimed to inspire confidence in their users and provide a seamless website experience. Additionally, they needed a powerful CMS that would allow easy content updates and additions, ensuring accessibility for all team members.

The Challenges

SVZ aimed for a user-friendly website through thorough research and careful design. We meticulously planned navigation to ensure an intuitive and enjoyable user journey. Thoughtful design ensured that necessary information was easily accessible without clutter or confusion.

Web strategy

The web strategy for Achieve aimed to establish brand alignment and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Our goal was to create customized and intentional learning paths for the target audience while focusing on personalizing content for website visitors. Overall, messaging needed to be consistent, and CTAs clear.

Empathy maps

Empathy maps were instrumental in understanding Achieve’s potential users. Collaborating with the Achieve team, we uncovered the needs, pain points, and goals of the personas. This led to the creation of colorful, fully-realized persona characters. By prioritizing these user personas, we made strategic, data-driven design and content decisions for the website.

Persona posters

Modern and visually appealing persona posters, informed by research feedback, serve as powerful reminders for us and the Achieve team, guiding user-focused decisions to maintain the website's relevance and effectiveness.

User stories

We use data from user research to craft detailed user stories, ensuring personas can efficiently achieve their goals on the website. Our task is to structure the design and content to allow users to navigate their stories elegantly and smoothly.

Competitor analysis

Thorough competitor analysis helped Achieve identify opportunities to differentiate, grow, and enhance the brand. This critical analysis informs Achieve’s market position and sets it apart from competitors.

Website designs

The design is based on an expanded brand palette, clear graphics, custom iconography, friendly photography and interesting typography. The result is an inviting space that puts visitors at easy straight away.

Tell us what it is you hope to accomplish with us and lay out any problems you or your users face with your current site. Lastly, please provide an overview of your project scope, timeline, and budget. We're happy to guide you through this on a call.
