The National Cash Register Corporation needed to optimize internal operational efficiency and find a CMS solution that could work on a massive scale while still allowing for rapid design iterations, control, and flexibility. They were struggling with creating a block UX system and handing the keys to the marketing website to their marketing team.
We ended up helping digitally transform the largest retail, hospitality, and banking technology company in the world. Since website updates were becoming costly and Inefficient — NCR wanted the ability to shift this responsibility to marketing teams and other non-technical departments. The end goal was to hand the "keys to the website" over to the NCR design & marketing team. We took their partner agencies high-fidelity designs and reviewed them for development, making any changes necessary live within Webflow. We provided consultation on IA & CMS Planning. We developed a fully responsive and browser/device tested front-end on top of the Webflow CMS. We designed high-preforming interactions and micro animations to the site. We provided support during a time sensitive launch.
